avocado crema

 

2 ripe Hass avocados
1 garlic clove
½ teaspoon kosher salt
Juice of 1 lime
1 teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon chile powder
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
¼ cup sour cream
3 tablespoons roasted and diced hatch chiles

Blitz all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Taste for seasoning and add more salt/lime/chiles if desired! Eat with chips, tostones or rice!
