4 ripe Hass avocados
Juice of at least 1 lime
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Kosher salt
Fresh chopped cilantro, optional
Mash the avocados into a mixing bowl with a fork. Add the lime juice, cumin, and a large pinch of salt; mix well. Add the cilantro if using and taste for seasoning, adding more lime juice if desired. Eat with tostones.
